Refund policy on prepared meals

Due to the perishable nature of our meals, Vaagh Life does not accept any returns. Should you be unhappy with any meals, or service, please reach out directly to us on info@vaaghlife.co.za and we will make sure to make you smile. We do refunds based on a case by case basis, as needed. Vaagh Life reserves the right to require additional documentation including photographic evidence to process any refunds.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available and accessible during the designated delivery times specified by the courier company. In the event that the customer is not available or cannot be reached during the delivery attempt, Vaagh Life holds no responsibility for the condition of the package or its contents.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we urge customers to prioritize their availability during the scheduled delivery window to prevent any issues with the condition of the delivered meals. Vaagh Life cannot cover the cost or guarantee the quality of the products in cases where the customer is unavailable during the courier’s attempts to deliver.

Refund policy on clothing and apparel

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vaagh Clothing. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. Here’s how it works:

  1. Eligibility: You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@vaaghclothing.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  5. Exclusions: We do not accept returns on specific items that are non-returnable, such as undergarments, final sale items, etc.
